British actress Lena Headey who plays Cersei Lannister in the HBO drama "Game of Thrones" is 'ordered' back to the US with her son after breaking her custody arrangement.

Headey, 43, was ordered back a US custody judge with her 6-year-old son, Wylie, for violating her custody arrangement with her ex-husband Peter Loughran. Mother and child have been in the United Kingdom (UK) since summer and the judge ruled that she must return with her son after shooting for the series is done.

Stipulated in the custody agreement is that ex-husband Loughran is allowed to be with his son 10 days a month. The Sun reported that Headey was hoping to settle permanently in her native Yorkshire believing the educational system in the US is lacking in comparison.

Headey and Wylie were supposed to be due back to the States on Sept. 5 but the actress reportedly enrolled him in a local school without Loughran's permission as she shot her scenes for the latest season of "Game of Thrones." Unfortunately, ex-husband Loughran will have none of it. The ex-couple was married from 2007, separated in 2011, ultimately divorcing in 2013, according to The Daily Mail.

The judge ruled, however, she could stay until filming for "Game of Thrones" wraps up, but in the meantime, she has to shoulder traveling expenses for her ex so he can be with the boy in the UK. In a TMZ report, Headey's lawyer, Jon Stanley stated Loughran agreed they would move to the UK with their child with continuous joint legal custody. Loughran stayed in the US claiming to have never agreed to the move.

A representative for the actress declined to respond when requested for a comment. In addition to Wylie, Headey also has a daughter she gave birth to last year with a still unidentified father.
