Samsung revealed that its Gear S3 Classic will soon be available with 4G LTE functionality. Speculations are rife that the Classic version would probably roll out on April alongside Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.

The South Korean tech titan finally made the Samsung Gear S3 Classic LTE, 9 To 5 Google has learned. The Classic version is the latest variant of Samsung's Gear S3 smartwatch. When the tech giant released the Gear S3 Classic and Gear S3 Frontier in 2016, the plan was to offer the Gear S3 Frontier with a 4G LTE Connectivity. Nonetheless, it appears that Samsung is now unleashing the LTE variant for the Classic.

Aside from the integration of LTE and a slighter bigger battery of the Samsung Gear S3 Classic LTE model, the new wearable has no major changes. The Gear S3 Classic LTE sports a 1.3-inch round AMOLED display, a resolution of 360X360 and comes along with a PPIpi of approximately 278, according to Android Headlines. The device will be up for grabs at T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T. Rumor has it that Samsung would probably launch the Gear S3 Classic LTE alongside the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus.

Furthermore, aside from the 4GB of storage and 768MB of RAM of the Gear S3 Classic LTE, the device runs on a dual-core 1GHz processor. The Gear S3 Classic LTE is also powered by an operating system based on the Linux kernel, Tizen.
