"Thor: Ragnarok" cast Tom Hiddleston reveals what could be Doctor Strange's role in the movie. Other details have also been revealed including the cast, synopsis, and the premiere date.

Tom Hiddleston Hints Doctor Strange Possible Role In Movie

MTV News catches up with Tom Hiddleston (Loki) in the last Golden Globes event to get a bit spoilers about the movie. The actor was asked what is Benedict Cumberbatch's character, Doctor Strange is doing in the film.

Though the English actor refuses to spill the beans, he somewhat reveals an important character's role. Hiddleston relates Doctor Strange appearance to the character's possible involvement with Thor and to his character, Loki.

"We know Loki is in Thor. We know Benedict is in Thor," says Josh Horowitz of MTV. " You guys have to share a [secret]".

"I can't spoil anything for you," answers Hiddleston before his idea of how Doctor Strange will meet with Loki and his brother.

"Doctor Strange has kind of very intensely, cerebral, time-bending powers," says the actor before accidentally spilling a bit of information about the upcoming movie "The last time, we saw the end of Thor: The Dark World ... we saw Loki sitting on the throne. What happened to Odin? So maybe Doctor Strange has to help out with that particular conundrum."

'Thor: Ragnarok': Everything Else We Know

According to Den of Geek, Taika Waititi is currently helming the movie. Stephany Folsom wrote the screenplay from Craig Kyle and  Christopher Yost draft.

Meanwhile, aside from Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth, other confirmed cast are Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster), Cate Blanchett (Hela), Karl Urban (Skurge) and Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie). Adding on, aside from Cumberbatch, Mark Ruffalo will also reprise his role as the Hulk. Not to mention, Sam Neill will also appear with still undisclosed character.

On the other hand, as for the official synopsis of the movie:

"Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok - the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization - at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first, he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger - the Incredible Hulk!"

"Thor: Ragnarok" movie premiere on Nov. 3 this year.
