"Game of Thrones" Season 7 has yet to be aired but it seems Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark in the HBO series, has dropped a bombshell saying Season 7 will bring a huge cliffhanger.

Fans of the series know all too well that winter is coming to Westeros, and with it brings the supposed end of the hit series. There are only two seasons left before the George R. R. Martin small screen adaptation ends.

According to Williams, the cast are left in the dark in what will happen in the coming season, "None of us know a thing," TimeOut London reported. She adds though that "Game of Thrones" Season 7 marks the beginning of the end. Also adding that, it will have fans at the edge of their seats.

However, the actress does reveal that "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will end on a massive cliffhanger. In the interview with TimeOut, she revealed that the storyline would crash down as the series moves towards its conclusion. For now, she says, the series is tumbling.

According to Huffington Post, a number of "Game of Thrones" leaks came out late last year on Reddit. Though most of these leaks can be dismissed, some of them are getting confirmed. One of those leaks is exactly what Willams said, that the season would end on a major cliffhanger.

"Game of Thrones" Season 7 potential spoilers

Season 7 would be fast since it has been confirmed that HBO said there would only be seven episodes for the season. Speculations abound that the entire eighth season will be devoted to the "War for the Dawn."

Accordingly, The Wall will fall, before the end of the Season 7. It may come to that since the last episode in Season 6 insinuated that the White Walkers would breach The Wall when the Night King touched Bran Stark's arm. Additionally, it might come to a setting up of Daenerys and Jon Snow to team up against the Night King. Some say the two might become involved physically first before they come into an alliance.

There has been no word yet when "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will air, but reports say to expect airing beginning this summer.
