The next iteration of Apple iPad Pro is reportedly on its way in an anonymous release date though. However, the leaked specs are expected to make the old iPad Pro owners realize their need to upgrade. Here's why!

iPad Pro 2 Leaked Specs

Everybody is expecting an iPad Pro 2 for this year. This was triggered by Apple's failure to announce any iPad Pro 2-related information back in September during the event where they unveil the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus which received fair and good reviews from tech analysts.

For this reason, iPad Pro 2 is expected to be great in both aspects the features and specs. And although Apple have been tight lipped about the existence of the latest iteration of the well-loved device, various rumors and speculations have resulted to the revealing of iPad Pro 2 specs in a leaked.

Accordingly, iPad Pro 2 is said to be powered by the upcoming 10nm chips for a faster performance. In addition, According to PC Advisor, the device is also expected to run the latest version of Apple mobile operating system, the iOS 10.3 in which the final version of beta will be released in March of this year.

Furthermore, iPad Pro 2 is expected to sport a 9.5-inch screen size. And the most interesting among the leaked information is the possibility for the device to feature the Magnetic Apple Pen 2 in which according to MacWorld, comes with wireless charging and Magic Trackpad support.

Accordingly, wireless charging in Apple Pencil 2 is activated through integrating with Smart Connector. The magnetic pen is also said to come with new Smart Covers and could also be launched as a new accessory to MacBook Pro and iPhone.

iPad Pro 2 Release Date

Apple is known for launching iPad Pro products in March. In fact, the most recent iPad Pro was launched in March 2016 having only minor upgrades for the following months and for this reason, the long-rumored iPad Pro is expected to be launched in March 2017.
