Samsung Galaxy On7 2016 Review: Specs and Performance

Galaxy On7 sports 5.5-inch display with an all-metal body. The display quality is superb with 401 ppi pixel density for its 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The design is sleek and it feels good in hand with only 8mm thickness.

Under the hood, a Snapdragon 625 chip powers up the device. A 3 GB RAM is paired with 16 GB of internal storage, expandable with MicroSD card in SIM 2 slot, Android Headlines reported.

The camera department pairs 13MP with 8MP shooters, packed with beautifying mode. The F1.9 aperture lets users record video and shoot images in a low-light condition and the results are still impressive.

Galaxy On7 packs a punch with camera features that are mostly available in Samsung's premium flagship. There is a wide-angle selfie mode in the camera and a shortcut to go to the camera app by pressing home button twice.

The South Korean giant has closed the door for Note 7 and it seems to aim at a mid to low end markets for flagships distribution. The speculation started with the rumor of securing a deal with local supplier for its fingerprint reader module. It is reported that Samsung has opted for in-house panels, and other hardware components.

As for Galaxy On7 device, it sells for 399,000 won or around $340. This is considered an affordable pricing for a rather-premium handset from Samsung.

Galaxy On7 2016 is available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold colors.
