ZUK Edge is Google Pixel and Mi Mix Combined?; Check Out Leaked Specs Ahead of Next Week's Launch

By

Lenovo ZUK Edge is a serious competitor for Xiaomi Mi Mix and even the Pixel phones. Check out the tech specs!

ZUK Edge Leaked Specifications

An image believed to be Lenovo ZUK Edge has been leaked on Weibo. It shows a closer look of the upcoming device with its impressive design and thin dimension. ZUK Edge sports 5.5-inch screen and from the image, it looks like a reminiscent of Mi Mix albeit rocking thin bezel at its upper part.

A laser autofocus and an LED Flash are spotted at the glass back panel. At the bottom part, there is a headphone jack and a USB type C port, Android Pure reported.

From the outward appearance, Lenovo's upcoming smartphone still brings a conventional design without removing the bezel. However, the ultra-thin dimension and bezels seem to indicate where the company is heading to.

What's even more exciting is the powerhouse under its hood. A Snapdragon 821 is paired with 4 GB of RAM. ZUK Edge is reportedly offered in two variants - 32 GB and 64 GB models. It is unconfirmed whether or not, the device will get a dedicated slot for memory expansion.

In the optics department, the selfie shooter is said to pack 8 MP camera whilst the rear-shooter gets 13 MP camera. Aside from the visible LED Flash and laser autofocus, there is not much information to reveal.

Overall, the hardware offerings remind us of Google Pixel phones which sport similar specs. If ZUK Edge camera will get an EIS software, then it is safe to assume that it will likely be an affordable version of Pixel.
