By

Niantic just released a new update for both Android and iPhone, which reveals 100 "Gen 2" Pokémon animals that are just waiting to be caught, according to a BGR report.

Pokémon Go may no longer be as popular as it was when it was released, but there are still players in the game that is why Niantic continues to provide gamers the best experience and enjoy the app.

The upgrade also promotes safety for the players who are driving while playing. When the game notices the speed exceeds the limit, the sightings radar will be shut down and players will not be able to see any Pokémon.

Together with the upgrade, Niantic unveiled new features that allow players to track down elusive creatures. The initial testing phase of the beta version was rolled out in San Francisco, California and the final version will be released soon.

The poke stop is also upgraded to give gamers a handy map pointing them to the right direction where the pocket monsters are hiding. Also, the new tracker will help players increase their chances of capturing Pokémon's.

Following the latest upgrade, Digital Spy shared some tips on how capture rare Pokémon's. First things first, the players must know which are the rarest Pokémon's available in their location. Next, players must level up themselves, there is a greater chance of finding the rarest Pokémon's to those who have higher trainer level.

Players can also use the new buddy system where they can get a Poké BFF. Next thing is, players are required to keep walking to hatch eggs because eggs can only be hatched by walking pre-requisite distance.

Players need to make sure to always check on the Nearby Pokémon tab from their gaming gadget and be familiar with the Pokémon silhouettes to about missing out the rare Pokémon's. The last thing is of course traveling. Players need to travel and try another safe route for a higher chance of rare Pokémon sightings.
