'Watch Dogs 2' Carries 'Hacking Invasion' With Team-Up Mode; 'Bounty Hunter' Comes Too, Here's How To Activate Multi-Player Mode?

By

"Watch Dogs 2" is expected to carry "Hacking Invasion" with added online multiplayer modes as confirmed by game creator Ubisoft at Gamescom. "Hacking Invasion" allows "Watch Dogs 2" players to secretly steal data from a hacker and be hacked back as well.

The mechanics of "Hacking Invasion" will be making a comeback in "Watch Dogs 2" with an additional mode that lets players team up with a friend before hacking. Originally, players can steal someone's data without being found out in "Hacking Invasion" mode. Other players also have the chance to attempt to hack the hacker back which will require the players to execute all their tools to track the hacker to succeed.

Moreover, as players are all members of DedSec, the co-op will play a huge factor in "Watch Dogs 2" online experience. This will allow a buddy to help out with missions in the game.

Another addition to ""Watch Dogs 2" is a brand new multiplayer mode named "Bounty Hunter."  "Bounty Hunter" could be activated in two ways, IGN reported.

The first way to activate the new mode is by creating a chaos in "Watch Dogs 2" in order to attract the policemen's attention. The chase will then begin with the player as their target. The second way to activate "Bounty Hunter" is to invite other "Watch Dogs 2" online players to chase them. Up to three players can join the game and try to take down the hunted player.

Additionally, hunted players can team up with a friend who will stand in as his protector. The protector will be the one to compete against two other hunters, TechnoBuffalo reported. This new mode may add more entertainment and fun among online "Watch Dogs 2" players.

"Watch Dogs 2" online modes can be disabled for players who prefer to play the game solo. PS 4, Xbox One and PC versions of the game are set to be released in Nov. 15. Watch "Watch Dogs 2" online multiplayer trailer
