Clover Leaf University in Colorado is offering an entire curriculum devoted to the study of cannabis, Campus Reform reported.

The new marijuana-themed institution is teaching students how to grow weed, Campus Reform reported. It shares a main campus with the University of Colorado Denver, Metro State University and the Community College of Denver, as part of the Auraria Higher Education Center.

"As long as they're conducting lawful activities, we don't have any desire to ban them from the campus because that's part of our content neutrality approach," Blaine Nickeson of the Auraria Higher Education Center told KCNC News.

Students at Clover Leaf University have the opportunity to take individual classes in "Cannabis Consulting, Master Cultivation, Cannabis Science and Testing, Infusions, Cannabis Culinary Art and Continued Legal Education Classes," according to the school's website.

"Clover Leaf University is an early stage specialized education enterprise focusing on raising awareness, research and development, best practices, regulatory compliance, and product and consumer safety," school officials said in a statement to CBS News.

Students enrolled at the university can also work towards four different program certificates, including a business program which includes classes in finance marketing, management and due process, Campus Reform reported.

The school is approved, licensed and regulated by Colorado Department of Education's Private Occupational School Board. This makes Clover Leaf the only accredited cannabis university in the United States.

"They are approved by the Division of Private Occupational Schools, so yes, they are approved to operate in the state of Colorado as a school," Lorna Candler, a spokesperson for the Colorado Department of Higher Education, told KCNC.

The school is also offering the first accredited Industrial Hemp Farming Class in the nation on May 28 for just over $210.94
