Kenya Moore is speaking out about being attacked by co-star Porsha Williams during the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion show which aired on Sunday, ABC News reported.

"There are many inflammatory statements made by cast members to and about each other particularly during the reunion tapings," Moore said in a statement to People . "Many have made untrue, denigrating, disparaging, and inflammatory statements against me in an attempt to provoke me, but I have never reacted in a violent way."

During the reunion show, Moore, actress and former Miss USA, accused Williams of cheating on her ex-husband, former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart. The two began to argue and after trading a few insults. Then Williams grabbed Moore's hair, pulling her down and dragging her across the floor, ABC News reported.

Won the show, Williams later said she "blacked out" and was regretful about the fight.

"If people get so angry that they lose control and admittedly 'black out' and resort to violence, those persons must be held responsible for their actions," Moore said in the statement.

Moore said she has been a victim of physical abuse in the past.

"After being repeatedly attacked by an abusive boyfriend at the age of 17, if someone puts their hands on me, I will not just let it go," Moore said in the statement. "With that said, I sought self-defense training developed for the Israeli military. I've also been trained in weapons. I can take someone down in three moves. It took discipline for me to not respond in kind."

After the brawl, reported the incident to police. An arrest warrant was issued for Williams, who surrendered to authorities on April 17.

Williams was charged with a misdemeanor charge of battery, the Associated Press reported. She was released on $2,000 bail.

"Although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams is fully cooperating with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name," her rep told E! News, according to ABC News.
