With the upcoming release of the awesome DLC "Zombie Chronicles," "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" gets a new patch. It fixes some of the bugs in the game, and it also introduces some new features.

"Call Of Duty: Black Ops III" Update 1.22 Released

Treyarch specifically released update 1.22 to prepare "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" for the upcoming release of the "Zombies Chronicles" DLC. It has also added some new tweaks and bug fixes that the game was plagued before this new update, Dual Shockers reported.

For the general fixes, this new update addresses several general performance issues that have plagued the game. In the Black Market, the unopened supply drop bundles will now remain in the Black Market feature after the events have ended. The supply drops that suddenly disappeared will be returned to the players' inventories, according to the official website of "Call of Duty."

In Create-a-Class and Gunsmith menus, the Attachment Icons will load more quickly now. The game developers also addressed an exploit that allowed users to equip some camos before they unlock them. The Ballistic Knife blades are now recoverable with this new update.

"Call Of Duty: Black Ops III" Update 1.22 Now Available On PS4

The latest update for "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" should be available now on the PlayStation 4. Xbox One and PC owners will have to wait for another update because this one will not have the preparations for the "Zombie Chronicles" DLC. They will have to wait for 30 days after its release on the PS4.

In other "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" related news, Activision has recruited "Metal Gear" artist Yoji Shinkawa to create some great art for the upcoming "Zombies Chronicles" expansion. He is currently creating the art for the game's four main characters. Those who have preordered the expansion will get a dynamic theme that shows everyone.
