After several "For Honor" fans complained about stability problems, Ubisoft finally blocked the game DVR and streaming features of the game. This happened after the latest Xbox One firmware update was released.

Ubisoft Blocks "For Honor's" Game DVR And Streaming Features

Ubisoft Montreal has been tracking a number of stability problems in "For Honor" after the release of the Xbox One March update. The update added the native Beam support, some improvements to the Game DVR, and other improvements to the console. This led to having some negative effects to the game, unfortunately, which many fans complained about, VG247 reported.

The game company revealed that the "For Honor" stability problems started on March 29, which was the day that the update was launched on Xbox One. These issues only appeared on the Microsoft console. Ubisoft is not sure why it only happened on the Xbox One version, and what this recent update changed in the system.

Due to "For Honor" stability issues, Ubisoft has decided to disable their Game DVR feature in the game. They are also blocking all streaming features until the cause of the problem has been identified. They are now currently working with the Xbox developers to fix this problem as soon as possible, community manager Eric Pope posted on the official website of Reddit.

"For Honor" Patch 1.06 Now Available

Ubisoft has recently launched patch 1.06 for "For Honor" on PC, and it will be launched on consoles at a later date. There were numerous improvements done with the latest update and it also added some neat items like the Elite outfits, according to the official website of the video game.

The update was focused more on stabilizing the video game. Several characters are getting tweaked, some bugs have been fixed, and the performance was addressed as well with this new patch. The framerate of the game is being increased in game menus and during matches.
