Nintendo has revealed that a new "Minecraft" edition will be launched to Nintendo Switch during the Nintendo Direct event. Few people were able to get the first glimpse of the games upcoming graphic. However, a bigger portion of the "Minecraft" fan community clamors to see what changes are coming to Forever.

According to MyNintendoNews, the studio's plan to drop more "Minecraft" footage has been discovered and it will be happening this Tuesday, April 18. This means, wider audiences will be able to spot what changes Nintendo made from the current "Minecraft."

"Minecraft" Executive Producer Roger Carpenter said via his Twitter handle @PopsRamjet that the "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition" new look footage will drop around 4 PM to 5 PM tomorrow. He added that there will also be new glides tracks and switch.

Early speculations suggest that the "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition" bears a close resemblance to the Wii U version jam-packed with complete with "Super Mario Bros."-themed content. The newness of the Nintendo Switch Edition will add extra color to the vast array of "Minecraft" catalog on all Nintendo platforms, TheVerge reported.

Many fans are curious on how Nintendo modified Forever but one thing can be assured. There will be a wide array of Mario-centric features that makes it more exciting. In addition, battle mode and local and online multiplayer will also be available in "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition."

Considering that "Minecraft" Switch Edition debuts three years after the current version was released, it is quite the deal. "Minecraft's flagship version is the one in PC and it is also the one which received the latest updates and the newest features.

Meanwhile, the "Minecraft" console version is touted as the most lagged since it seldom receives an update. However, it is the only one with the multiplayer feature. On the other hand, "Minecraft" mobile versions are severely curtailed in terms of features but goes handy for on-the-go players.

"Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition" rolls out on Nintendo eShop on May 11th and in stores at a later date, iDigitalTimes reported.
