Square Enix revealed that "Final Fantasy XV" Episode Gladiolus arrives on March 28 with the challenge to take on a tweaked Gilgamesh.

The trailer showed that the whole campaign is expected to last for about two to three hours. For the record, Gladiolus was only an AI before the "Final Fantasy XV" update. Now, the character earns its own set of actions including a melee and a grappling technique. Read on to find out more.

'Final Fantasy XV': Main features

According to Techno Buffalo, the "Final Fantasy XV" Episode Gladiolus takes place sometime after the group encountered Ravus. Apparently, Gladio decided to continue the journey alone and train with Cor to get stronger. Interestingly, this will be the first time for players to control another party member aside from Noctics.

Nevertheless, Episode Gladiolus of "Final Fantasy XV" will not be the last. Upcoming DLC Packs also showcase a playable Prompto and Ignis. The former may debut in June while the other is also highly likely to launch in the near future.

Meanwhile, the trailer for "Final Fantasy XV" Episode Gladiolus was unveiled at the 2017 PAX East event last weekend. As of now, the game is only playable on PlayStation4 and Xbox One. Lastly, Gilgamesh, the iconic villain in the game, sports an all-new look detailed below.

Gilgamesh in 'Final Fantasy XV' Episode Gladiolus

IGN reported that the famous "Final Fantasy XV" scoundrel, Gilgamesh, will appear with a fresh look this year. To give an overview, Gilgamesh often turns up as an ally, enemy, or summon spell in the games. The character normally wears a red hood over his armored body.

Well, not in the "Final Fantasy XV" Episode Gladiolus, though. Gilgamesh reportedly loses the eight arms in exchange of one. Basically, the refreshed character now looks like a common being, with nothing too special to brag about.
