"Dirt Rally" now features full VR support for the PS4 via a new DLC expansion. Along with VR support, "Dirt Rally" now also feature a new co-op mode.

Players can now immerse themselves playing existing "Dirt Rally" content in VR while having someone else play along in its co-op mode, serving as the main player's co-driver. According to Gamespot, there will be unspecified visual enhancements when playing the game in PSVR.

Playing with a co-driver in "Dirt Road" does not require the other player to don a VR headset according to Eurogamer. The main job of the co-driver is to provide instructions to the main player with instructions coming from a Guitar Hero-esque mini-game alongside the left of the main screen. Instructions from these tell the driver what to expect from what is coming up ahead.

For a limited time discount until February 28, interested gamers may pick up the PlayStation VR, which already includes the base game, the PS VR upgrade and the fully loaded DLC add-on for $43.99. For those who already own "Dirt Rally" and is interested in acquiring the new DLC, the download is available for existing players as a standalone DLC for $13.

According to PlayStation Blog, the "Dirt Rally" PSVR upgrade affects the whole game; this means players get to enjoy the full game content in glorious VR. Accordingly, every track, stage, car and discipline is available. Additionally, nothing is off limits when it comes to player immersion in off-road racing.

"Dirt Rally" update is PS4 Pro optimized. This is in conjunction with recent hardware upgrade for players to enjoy PlayStation VR experience. It promises that players will literally see a difference with graphical improvements the game brings.

Meanwhile, "Dirt Rally" developers Codemasters recently unveiled "Dirt 4." The game will feature a deluge of assists for less confident game drivers according to Codemasters senior executive producer Clive Moody.

Furthermore, "Dirt 4" retains the depth of "Dirt Rally" gameplay while adding support for those who struggled in the previous iterations of the game. Accordingly, though driving may be difficult and stressful, it does not have to be.

"Dirt 4" will launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in June 2017.
