A company in Windsor, Colo., has expanded a previous recall of meat and poultry that was produced in unsanitary conditions, the Associated Press reported.

Earlier this week the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Services announced Yauk's Specialty Meats expanded recall. The products being recalled are in addition to numerous meat and poultry produce recalled last week .

The products subjected to the expansion of the recall includes "Corner Posts Meats" brand hams and bacon, "Old Style Sausage" brand smoked Andouille sausage and "Old Style Sausage" brand smoked kielbasa sausage.

Products recalled last week were "Colorado's Best Beef" brand various fresh, smoked and shelf-stable meat products, "James Ranch" brand jerky and summer sausage, "Rocky Plains Meats" brand hams, bacon, raw and smoked sausage, jerky and raw poultry, "Horned Beef" brand jerky, "Mile High Hungarian Sausage" brand fresh and smoked bacon and sausage.

Meat and poultry products from Luc's Pizza, Open a Bar 2, and Wag's Livestock were also subjected to recall last week.

The products being recalled are packaged in retail-ready packaging of various sizes, the USDA said in a statement.

The products were produced between April 1 and Dec. 5 of this year and were sold in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

The USDA Food Safety Inspection Service reported unsanitary condition including rodent activity at the meat company. Inspectors discovered rodent activity in the production, storage and retail areas of the facility. 

Since then Yauk's Specialty Meats recalled more than 90,000 pounds of meat and poultry products.

There have been no reports of illness from the recalled products, the AP reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
