Ubisoft is making hacking easy for PS4 and Xbox One owners with its free three-hour trial on its world-action adventure "Watch Dogs 2" game. The limited-time trial gives gamers the chance to explore the game, which features its co-op and multiplayer modes.

According to Ubisoft, "Watch Dogs 2" has gathered praises from critics during its November release since hacking in general is more flexible than in the first "Watch Dogs," IGN reported. Players have more than one option on every hackable item while also giving them so many items to hack in certain areas.

The three-hour trial includes full access to all the game's features and gives players the liberty to dive into missions and get to know Marcus Halloway and DedSec, Polygon reported. It can be recalled that one of the chief complaints of the original "Watch Dogs" was that its hacker protagonist Aiden Pearce, is a bland and unlikeable character.

Sources added that such feedbacks had urged Ubisoft to leave Pearce in Chicago and bring to San Francisco Bay Area Holloway, who is an ambiable hacker and motivated not by blind revenge. Aside from going into missions, players could also enjoy infiltrating restricted areas with hacked equipment or wreak havoc with a friend in co-op, Ubisoft Blog reported.

It added that the trial requires a full download of the game, which requires 25 to 28 GB of storage space. Should the player decides to buy the full game, Ubisoft assured that the trial progress will transfer to the full game, so momentum of the player will not be stopped.

Game bloggers have noted that "War Dogs 2" has impressively put all the major landmarks where they should be in the Bay Area. Reviews pinned the game as fun and explorative as it gives a virtual tourism of the San Francisco Bay.
