Netflix's web television series "House of Cards" went all-time high to make its much-needed return next year. Rumors are rife on the web that the upcoming Season 5 is said to unravel secret affairs and the death of a major character.

The latest reports said there are no confirmations yet when "House of Cards" Season 5 will be coming back to Netflix, but rumors about the upcoming season have just started to kick off. The "House Of Cards" Season 4 ended with the series' main character Frank Underwood (played by Kevin Spacey) wanting to be re-elected for the position of the President of the United States together with his wife Claire Underwood as the Vice President.

The stories that have been circulating around the web involves wife Claire possibly not being content with being a Vice President only, so she will plan to kill her husband. Claire plans to make this an assassination-style so that she will take on the role of president once she takes office and replaces the president.

The latest rumors and reports suggested that Clair has an implied desire for power, and some viewers see her as Frank's equal, which may just turn on her desire for power. For a starter, House of Cards is an American political drama web series created by Beau Willimon that is based on the novel by Michael Dobbs.

The story focuses around Frank Underwood, a Democrat from South Carolina who initiates an elaborate plan to get himself into a greater position, aided by his wife, Claire Underwood (which played by Robin Wright).

As we still remember in Season 4, the season finale revealed that Frank Underwood will run for another term and will have wife Claire run as his Vice President. To support the crowd's speculation that Frank will lose his life in the upcoming Season 5, Michael Kelly (Doug Stamper) confirmed that there will be some big changes in the "House of Cards" Season 5, this might include the death of a major character.

The "House of Cards" Season 5 is expected to make a comeback on Netflix by early next year.
