It can be a bit daunting to be on a television show. But for this particular university student, he was not afraid to show his nervous habit on the air.

During an episode of University Challenge, a student named Henry Edwards knew only one thing that he needs to do when he gets an answer right. He has this nervous habit that is not so unusual for him but sent Twitter up in laughter.

Henry Edwards hails from the University of London. And this student seems to rubs his thighs whenever he gets an answer right. The University of London's captain did not seem to realize that all eyes were on him during the game, cite the Daily Mail.

It was not until he saw his name all over social media that his thigh rubbing habit was posted. Many on Twitter poked fun at the SOAS captain. One Twitter user noted that he is going to give someone an electric shock with all that friction rubbing going on. Some viewers were even referencing the nineties television show titled "Shooting Stars" where the characters Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer rubs their thighs when appreciating women.

But this is not a strange thing to see on the show. Regular viewers often love to post about the strange habits and mannerisms of contestants online.

One follower wondered what Edwards would be like or what he would do whenever he gets a question wrong. But regardless of this joke, someone else called him a knowledge machine for getting the answers right. Ultimately, SOAS University of London takes on Durham for the last place in round two.

Some remarked that mannerisms are a normal thing as the nerves can get to contestants when pressured. A previous contestant, James Green from Schaffhausen, always breaks out into a huge grin.

Do you know what your mannerisms and habits are whenever you get answers wrong or right?

Here's a preview of the match.
