Avid gamers, rejoice! There's hearsay about a potential "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Demo release date, but Nintendo continues to remain tight lipped about it.

Recent tweets from the highly lauded Webmaster of Serebii.net, Joe Merrick allude to a rather veiled update. According to his said tweet, Nintendo Italy announced that the demo for "Sun and Moon" won't be there in the upcoming Milan Games Week. The company made this revelation during a recently held press release. He later added that something was awry about this announcement.

In other words, it's quite strange that they put out a press release just specifically to mention that it won't be there.

Bearing that evidence in mind, zealous gamers have already started hazarding all sorts of guesses. Signs of a "Pokemon Sun and Moon" demo first surfaced on a Korean ratings board leak earlier this month, but Nintendo opted to remain mum about its existence.

Oddly, the hardware manufacturer has now decided to confirm everything by announcing that it won't make an appearance in Italy. Though there's no source press release to uphold the claim, it is safe to assume that a "Pokemon Sun and Moon" demo is indeed in the works; however, it won't be featured during Milan Games Week on October 14-16, according to reports on iDigitalTimes.

That being said, the next question that immediately pops up in our minds is that why the speculation could possibly turn out to be true.

One possibility is that the demo will already be up for grabs via download by October 14. Another fair shake could be that the purported demo will not be ready by that date. While these are mere speculations, it can be safely assumed that the next "Sun and Moon" leak from Japan will surface online early next month. It remains to be seen if some sort of demo is revealed then.

In related news, a new Eeveelution is likely to appear in the much awaited "Pokemon Sun and Moon" games. In other words, a brand new addition to Eevee's evolution stage could be in the offing in the imminent role-playing video games. If recent reports are anything to go by, a Steel Type evolution is in the cards for Eevee.

A recently rolled out trailer for the much awaited games unveiled a lot of information about the titles, and also hinted a possible new evolution type for Eevee, IGN reported.

It can be recalled that Eevee's evolution comprise of dark grey, pink, purple, light blue, blue, green, yellow, red with a 9th color in the offing. A whitish grey color that resembles a Steel Types color was recently teased by Otakukart.

'Pokemon Sun and Moon' is slated to hit the store shelves for 3DS on November 18. Stay tuned in here for more updates and news about the upcoming games.
