"Batman: Return to Arkham" PS4 particular scene from the Arkham Asylum captured the Dark Knight with a clearer, more detailed and darker color than the PS3 version of "Batman: Return to Arkham." Looking intently into the game, even the landmarks from places previously traveled can be seen later in the game. The game developers also included more details in the environment of the Arkham world.

"Batman: Return to Arkham" PS4 version also showed Batman's darker  and sleeker costume in HD. The Dark Knight's facial structure was also remastered to better match his Arkham Knight incarnation. The goal of the remastered version is reportedly match the feel of Arkham Knight. "Batman: Return to Arkham" PS4 version shows noticeable changes and upgrades to the game, Gamer Pros reported.

The "Batman: Return to Arkham" game developer Rocksteady and its publisher Warner Bros., meanwhile, have officially announced the release date of the upcoming games on Oct. 18.  The video games will be the final games to be released in the Arkham Trilogy.

Previous "Batman: Return to Arkham" reports said that the "Batman: Return to Arkham" first games installments would be remastered with PS4 and Xbox One versions. "Arkham Asylum" and "Arkham City" were originally scheduled to roll out with the consoles' versions in July but a later announcement from the game developers have pushed the games' launching without stating a specific date, Nerdist reported. This was similar to the delay of "Arkham Knight" a year ago.

Rocksteady and Warner Bros. e trailer footage, including the earliest parts of the games in the trailer footage only so as to avoid any possible story spoilers. Based on the said footage, "Batman: Return to Arkham" obviously exceeded the previous version in terms of the lighting, shadows, texture resolution, color saturation and overall asset quality.
