‘Splatoon 2’ Gets New Gameplay Trailer Featuring Single Player Campaign [VIDEO]

Nintendo has recently revealed in a new gameplay trailer that "Splatoon 2" will get a single player campaign. This has definitely expanded the gameplay of the video game and its player base with single player fans.

"Splatoon 2" Single Player Campain Revealed

During Nintendo's "ARMS" focused Direct presentation, they revealed a brand new trailer, which can be viewed down below, of the upcoming shooter. The new video revealed its single player gameplay, which will be called the "Hero Mode," and it will be as colorful and imaginative for players to try out, Dual Shockers reported.

Single Player Story Description Explained

Nintendo also explained what the single player campaign will be in the video game. It starts with Callie, which is one of the Squid Sisters, that has gone missing and it will be up to the players to search for her. Marie will be helping them out during this campaign and they will try to find her and the Great Zapfish, while fighting against the Octarian army.

Players will be able to use different types of weapons in the single-player mode to overcome some obstacles, defeat enemies, and topple down large enemies. They can use the Roller, Slosher, Splatling, and the new Dualies.

Nintendo Switch Gets "Splatoon 2" Bundle And New Joy-Con Colors

In other "Splatoon 2" related news, Nintendo of Japan has recently revealed that there will be a new Nintendo Switch bundle that comes with the video game. They also revealed that there will be several kinds of accessories that are themed around the video game, according to its official website.

The new bundle will come with a Switch console, the new neon green and pink Joy-Cons, and three packets of "Splatoon" stickers. They also revealed that there will be a new Switch Pro controller that features green and pink grips, but it will be released in Japan. Carrying cases and other accessories have also been revealed with the video game's theme.
