‘For Honor’ Latest Big Patch Released With New Fixes For Matchmaking Problems [VIDEO]

By

A new big update for "For Honor" was recently released by Ubisoft on all platforms to fix several bugs in it. One notable fix solved the issue of the matchmaking in the game.

"For Honor's" update has big file size

The latest update has a big file size, which suggests a lot of great content included in it. It included the River Fort map, which was previously removed by Ubisoft. The High Fort map will be brought back as soon as possible if everything goes well with the River Fort map, said the game company on its official forums.

Latest update has Steel changes

New rates will be adopted for the Steel currency system with the new update. One of the changes is that all matches Steel income will now be increased by 25 percent. Another change is the Daily Orders Steel income, which will be increased by 33 percent.

Latest big update introduced customization options

The latest "For Honor" update also added some new customization options for the Heroes. This will include the Battlefield Chic outfits for the Knights, the Death Blossoms outfits for the Samurai, and the Death Ravens costumes for the Vikings.

Compensation package introduced for involved players

Ubisoft also added a compensation package in the new "For Honor" update for all players that were involved in the server outage that happened on March 28. They will be getting three-day Champion Status, while the game company will be looking into the Faction War rewards, and will make some changes soon.

Stability improvements introduced with latest update

Producer Stephane Cardin said that the game company still has a lot of work to do to improve the stability of "For Honor." It is their top priority to stabilize the game experience so that players will be able to enjoy the game without worries. Ubisoft's top engineers are currently working to fix the connectivity and matchmaking issues since launch, posted Cardin in the game's official blog.
