By

Nintendo revealed the limited edition bundle of "Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadow of Valentia." They also revealed an English gameplay trailer recently.

Limited Edition Bundle details

According to the official website of "Fire Emblem Echoes," the Limited Edition Bundle will contain several items for collectors to have. It will contain a Valentia hardcover artbook, the official soundtrack of the video game, a three-pin set that will feature Alm, Celica, and Marth, and the video game itself.

The Limited Edition Bundle game will have an exclusive feature that the standard version will not have. A Nintendo PR confirmed with Dualshockers that it will have the reversible cover for the game and it will have the same look of the original package of the original version.

Limited Edition Bundle price

The Limited Edition Bundle of the video game is only $59.99, which is $20 more than the standard price. The standard version is only $39.99 when it launches at retail stores on May 19.

English gameplay video

Nintendo recently revealed a new trailer, which can be viewed below, that highlighted the English gameplay of the video game. It offers the largest sneak peek of the game since its Nintendo Direct reveal recently.

No more pairing

One of the gameplay mechanics that was shown in the video is the lack of paired units. The narrator confirmed that the paired units feature has no place in Valentia, which means it will be more challenging to play this game. The feature made some of the games of the franchise too easy like in "Fire Emblem Fates" and "Fire Emblem Awakening."

Archer reactions

In this upcoming game, it will have a rework of how archers react for a counter. Compared to the original version and the other games in the franchise, the archers now will be able to attack in adjacent spaces. They can also counterattack on the same space against close combat fighters.

Amiibo feature

The video also showed a feature that allowed players to summon heroes using the "Fire Emblem" amiibo figurines from different series. They can summon heroes like Marth, Ike, Roy, Robin, Lucina, and Corrin.
