Tech Analyst Claims Apple iPhone 8 Will Adopt Touch Bar-Like Functionality of MacBook Pro 2016

The most anticipated iPhone 8 sounds controversial most especially with the latest rumor that refers to functionality it will adopt from MacBook Pro 2016 model. Apple iPhone 8 with Touch Bar Functionality

In relative to Ming-Chi Kuo's claim for an iPhone 8 to feature a full screen display is the speculation that the 2017 iteration of the most powerful smartphone is likely to adopt the Touch Bar functionality found in MacBook Pro. According to Apple Insider, iPhone 8 will sport a 5.8-inch OLED screen freeing the bottom portion for functionalities such as virtual buttons in replacement of the physical button and the rumored Touch Bar.

However, the same publication clarifies that Apple might bring another type of scanning technology integrated with 3D laser scanning module that could perform facial recognition and augmented reality applications. For this reason, it's entirely possible for Apple to bring dual biometric system that consists of facial recognition hardware and optical fingerprint reader.

Apple iPhone 8 is the Smartphone to Beat this 2017

With a brand new all-glass look adopted from its predecessors, iPhone 8 is said to be the smartphone to beat this 2017. Express reported that 160 million of iPhone 8 that uses OLED panels for display are about to be manufactured for this year since Samsung has agreed to increase the supply of OLED panels which is originally from 100 million handsets.

These OLED panels used in iPhone 8 are integrated with flexible printed circuit boards that could be the key towards achieving a dual-curved smartphone. Having said that, Flexium, the company responsible for manufacturing flexible printed circuit board believes that majority of smartphone orders in the mid-2017 will go to iPhone 8 with an anticipated price tag of $1000.
