Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus Define What Laptops Should Really Like

By

Minimalist, lightweight and inexpensive are the three description that fit best to Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus. The fully-featured Chromebook laptops have unique features that only Google and Samsung can bring about. See full details here for the features, specs and price of the two next-generation laptops!

Satisfying Display

Among the major players in the netbook industry, Samsung is said to be the only one that has taken the display seriously. According to Digital Trends, Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus have an unusual aspect ratio of 3:2 that feels more like a tablet with impressive general screen quality such as contrast and color accuracy, full colors and vivid quality and deeply satisfying black levels.

Fast Enough

Samsung Chromebook Pro is powered by Intel Core M, a dual-core chip that runs in 900MHz, 2.3GHz Turbo Boost and Hyper-Threading; whereas, Chromebook Plus is powered by ARM-based GPU which is a hexa-core. For this reason, the most demanding Google Play apps are reportedly running smoothly on them at the highest setting and resolution.

Portable and Long-Lasting

At 5.5 inches thick, Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus are considered portable that would fit in a small bag and easy to carry everywhere. Speaking about battery life, Business Insider reported that it's a plus because of its being alive all day and still not getting full of it although the 39-watt battery isn't large at all if it's going to be based in modern standards.

Mobile Friendly

Since Google is reportedly making Chrome OS a more mobile friendly, the quick settings, app shortcuts and notifications are already found at the bottom of the display. Unification is felt across most especially when Android notifications are already integrated into the notification tray; saving files offline is now available as well.

Affordable

Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus are considered to be inexpensive laptops that would fit the education sector such as students and other dwellers of the same field. For $500, Chrome OS can now be experienced through Samsung Chromebook Pro and Plus that runs Google Play Store apps, multi-touch compatible display and motion controls.
