The Indian market is highly anticipating the coming of Nokia Edge 2017 which is rumored to be launched during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain this coming 26th of February. The smartphone is said to be significant for the Finnish company since it is a comeback phone for the recent year.
Accordingly, Nokia Edge 2017 is packed with high-performing specs such as a high screen resolution display that comes in a 5.5-inch of size, 3GB of RAM for the memory capacity and powered by an octa-core processor which remains to be anonymous as of this writing. As added by the report, the smartphone will run the Android 7.0 Nougat and will also sport features such as fingerprint scanner, proximity, accelerometer, compass and gyro-sensors.
Will Nokia Edge 2017 Be Called Nokia 8?
The launching of Nokia 6 in China has stirred the interests of the consumers; thus, this gives rise to the speculations that the Finland-based company will launch two new smartphones during the Mobile World Congress and one of those is the Nokia Edge 2017 or the Nokia 8.
In a YouTube video uploaded by Concept Creator, the presumed smartphone is said to have the following specs according to the concept: USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack located at the top, a 22.3MP camera that sports a Carl Zeiss Sensor and a selfie-snapper that comes with 12MP lens. According to India, the presumed Nokia Edge 2017 or Nokia 8 will sport a 5.5-inch to 5.8-inch screen display, a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage capacity.
