The new updates are in for the popular vehicular soccer video game "Rocket League", some awesome new modes and features have been added which is now available for all Mac and Linux users.

The awesome new 3v3 Rumble mode is the highlight of the update. In addition to the mode,  there are 11 power-ups that the players can use for their strategic advantage. Some of the power-ups that can be used in the new mode are the Grappling hook, which pulls you towards the ball; the Boot, which kicks the opponent's car; Power hitter, which allows the player to hit everything harder, Tech Times reported.

New features are also added into the game. Player to player trading is now available. Players can now trade their uncommons for some rares to make the cars look more sick than the others. To use the trading feature, form a party with a friend and then select the player which whom you want to trade with, according to the official patch notes.

Party chat was also added into the game. Now, players can send messages or plans even if they are not inside the game. The updates also allows the player to access Party Chat whilethey are in game or even just skimming the game's menu.

Car Presets has also been added to the new update. Players can now create up to ten Car Presets that save a specific configuration for easy access. In order for Rocket League to compete and grow in the gaming scenes, they will add a new Crate and Keys system. Players will have chance to receive a random Crate which is completely separate from the item drops. In order for them to open the Crates, a key is needed and it can be bought for $1.49 each. By purchasing  more of these crates, players can buy each key for just $1, Gamurs reported.
