Ronda Rousey UFC Return To Get Her Belt Back Might Be Closer Than Anticipated As The Former UFC Champ Vows To Silence Her Critics!

By

Holly Holm put an end to Ronda Rousey's winning streak back in November, but that hasn't stopped the former UFC champ from starring down the naysayers.

In her recently-released Reebok ad dubbed, #PerfectNever Rousey acknowledges that she's not perfect, but she totally fine with that. Rousey was tagged overrated and under-skilled following her shocking second-round knockout loss to Holm at UFC 193.

The critics just didn't stop there; body shamers went as far as dubbing Rousey "too masculine," while she had to apologize to her huge fanbase for accidentally posting photoshopped image of her arm looking comparatively slimmer, Fortune reported.

It's no secret that Rousey was really into being perfect, wanting to carry on her undefeated status to her retirement and leave the sport as the reigning and defending women's bantamweight champion.

However, things seem to have changed now for the former UFC champ as she puts her feeling of anxiety and woe for the sake of her campaign for Reebok.

Clearly, a harsh lesson for the former champ, especially considering that she had to come to grips with this after her loss to Holm. However, Rousey is now applying that philosophy to her day-to-day life as well, FoxSports reported.

Rousey recently admitted that she's always going to be a polarizing figure in the public eye, however handling the love as much as she handles the hate is part and parcel of the job.

In a behind-the-scenes video filmed for Reebok's campaign, the "toughest woman alive" opens up about her approach for coping with others' judgment. Rousey acknowledges that people either hate her guts or they really like her and she's absolutely fine with that.

According to the popular fighter, there's power in being a female celebrity who's compelled to deal with haters in an extremely public way.

Rousey draws attention to women who are always keen on making everyone happy with them. She believes she's setting a good example to show its okay if some people don't like you.
