Street Fighter 5 new trailer "A Shadow Falls" story mode has been released by Capcom alongside new characters. The cinematic trailer shows that World Warriors are brought together.

This is the much anticipated Street Fighter 5 story mode that bridges the gap between Street Fighter 3 and Street Fighter 4. Capcom manager, Matt Dahlgren, spoke to the audience at E3 2016 stating that the June update will have a complete full offering.

The world becomes chaotic as something dark is created, called the Black Moon. The trailer also features the dramatic electromagnetic pulses that can put the city to a complete dark.

Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li who witness the mysterious Black Moon in the sky quickly decide to find ways to stop it from invading the cities by retrieving fragment pieces that can be the answer to the mystery.

Street Fighter 5 characters

The Street Fighter 5 story mode trailer also features some characters in the upcoming Street Fighter 5. Each SF character will have their own purposes. Juri and Urien are also included in Street Fighter 5 story mode and there will also be two more playable characters, Balrog and Ibuki. Capcom has confirmed that Ibuki and Balrog will be packed into the game 1.04 patch update. It includes matchmaking enhancement and 3 alternate stage options.

Street Fighter 5 characters and story mode update

The game update will introduce new feature, real money transaction ability using Steam or PS Store. It will not be using Zenny, the previously speculated currency to be added in the game.

There will also be an update on battle costumes for all 20 Street Fighter 5 characters and Karin will also have summer costume in premium design. These costumes can be purchased with real money.

Street Fighter 5 is currently available in PS4 and PC whilst the DLC story mode including two playable characters will be available from July 1, GameRant reported.
