In a significant move towards enhancing accessibility to higher education, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico signed a bill last week to establish a groundbreaking $959 million fund. The purpose of this fund is to facilitate free college tuition for residents of the state. Expanding Access and Affordability
