Leaving home to start college or university is an exciting time for young people. Yet, deciding where to stay can be terrifying. What will be better; living on or off campus?

It can be quite overwhelming to choose which courses or subjects to take at college, but now you're faced with choosing suitable accommodation as well. 

Whether you're a freshman or in your second or third year studying, this is a decision that most students face. During the first year, some prefer on-campus living to help them acclimatize to their new surroundings. Some institutions may require that you do so.

However, there are so many factors to consider when making this decision. It needs to be something that suits you for an extended period.
