Halloween, also known as Allhalloween, is aptly named as a holiday for all. It is a time designated for everyone - young and old, with a disability or without - to bring out their most fun and scariest versions in costume.

It is no different for the students at Covedale School in Cincinnati, Ohio. On Halloween, the kids marched their way to the school cafeteria in their Halloween's best for the school's annual Halloween parade. What is so special about this school, is the student who led the pack is a special one.

Fifth-grader Kaylee Bull, the arbitrary pack leader is no ordinary student. According to her mom, Allison Buelterman her daughter can neither walk nor talk or even eat like normal kids. She eats through a feeding tube.  

Bull is wheelchair-bound because of cerebral palsy. At three, she has had to go through two emergency surgeries and live in the hospital for months. Her mother shared that it is during Kaylee's time at the hospital that she came up with the idea of making every holiday extra special for her little girls. She also shared that Kaylee's holiday outfits are all with extravagantly designed.

Buelterman even recounted that for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year they were in the hospital. From that time on they have made it a point to make it a special holiday for her. 

Kaylee has worn many personalities during her holiday. She has been The Wizard of Oz's Dorothy, Batgirl, a regular cowgirl, and has even become one of the Flintstones during one of her dress-ups.

This Halloween, however, she has donned something more special.

Her mother had chosen something that features more of Kaylee's personality in her costume this year.

She said, "This year I wanted to do something a little bit more scary, and a little bit more her age and her attitude." 

With the help of her entire village, Kaylee had a custom-made costume finished within a few days. The villagers had gone together and put it all together for the little girl.

Kaylee's mother had also shared that this has become almost a tradition with Kaylee's grandparents, teachers, and classmates all helping out and getting a kick out of creating something for her to wear. In fact, in the past year, a total stranger even went and bought stuff for her costume.

"Last year we went to Home Depot to buy the things. The guy at Home Depot actually paid for everything," said Buelterman.

She also shared on a Facebook post all of her "li'l haunted beauty's" Halloween escapade. One of her earlier posts reads,

"Awesome Halloween party at school today! The news even came to check out my lil haunted beauty! She will be on channel 5 sometime between 5and7 tonight!! "

She also shared that Kaylee and her interesting costume made it to the local news. The post has been receiving positive feedback from the online community, near and far.
