The Apple Watch Series 3 is said to feature an advanced technology that would allow the smartwatch to read blood glucose levels without even drawing the user's blood. There is also a word that Apple could be launching smartwatch bands that would make the wearable as a powerful instrument in monitoring the user's health.

The Cupertino based tech company is very likely to introduce a game changer with the Apple Watch Series 3. This game changer of the next-gen Apple Watch could be the new technology that would enable the device to monitor blood glucose levels, BGR reported.

A source stated that the tech titan has its sights on the growing number of diabetics across the globe, and the company is determined to introduce a glucose-monitoring feature to the upcoming Apple Watch Series 3. Apple even hired around 200 PhDs in the past year at a time when the tech giant started to become very keen on innovating the Apple Watch's health-monitoring capability.

Meanwhile, Apple recently acquired the Finnish company Beddit, a firm that specializes in sleep-tracking devices as well as apps for iOS devices. Although the Cupertino-based tech giant did not announce the acquisition, the Privacy Policy of the Finnish company incidentally leaked the information, CNBC reported.

According to Beddit's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Apple Privacy Policy, the firm will collect, use, as well as disclose information obtained by means of the app. Beddit also mentioned that the related data that it collects, such as respiratory data and heart rate, can be shared with the Cupertino based tech company's health app.

In spite of that, it is not surprising if Apple is going to launch a high-tech Apple Watch Series 3 this year. As the tech company was very eager to market the Apple Watch Series 2 as a fitness companion. Nonetheless, Apple is expected to unveil Apple Watch Series 3 later this year.
