In the latest update of the hit augmented reality game, "Pokémon Go," it appears that players will soon enjoy more PokeStops as Niantic Labs will re-open their new portal request. The "Pokémon Go" project is dubbed as Operation Portal Recon, and it allows players of "Ingress" to present a brand new portal request in Korea and Brazil.

Since the data of real-world location of "Ingress" resembles to the "Pokémon Go," it is expected that "Pokémon Go" will have the same changes as well. By the time these changes will be made, the new portal submissions allow "Pokémon Go" players catch more Pokémon creatures than ever before, Daily Star reported.

Also, "Pokémon Go" players will now have higher chances in obtaining region-exclusive creature in both countries, which are Heracross and Ferfetch'd. The latest "Pokémon Go" update will also add up about 9000 new PokeStops, which makes refilling Pokeballs and buying healing potions a lot easier.

Meanwhile, the video game company explains why Gen 2 Pokemons are proving hard to incorporate into the "Pokémon Go" mobile game. Smeargle and Delibird Gen 2 Pokemon creatures were conspicuous by their absence when the second wave of Pokemon was launched in full.

Niantic CEO John Hanke made it known that Smeargle and Delibird were hard to coden for the reason of their unique movesets. Also, Hanke appears to be excited about the "Pokémon Go" PvP battles, which suggests that it would be released soon. Nevertheless, there is no more news on Shiny Pokemon, despite fans discovered fresh evidence that suggests the video game developer is working on a new Shiny event, Express reported.

On the other hand, a new "Pokémon Go" update is causing some issues for some select Android devices. "Pokémon Go" players are unable to log into their accounts. The affected Android devices are from Redmi, ZTE, Alcatel, LG and Oneplus, Blorge reported.
