"Pokémon Go" events have always been the fuel of the location-based augmented reality game. Now, Niantic is set to roll out another large-scale event this coming summer. Wherein, the upcoming "Pokémon Go" Mega Event will feature the release of the Legendary Pokémon.

"Pokémon Go" developers have hinted an upcoming extensive event in the coming months. During the season, the video game company is said to host another "Pokémon Go" event. Niantic's Asian General Marketing Manager Kenji Suka and Asian General Manager Yoshiji Kawashima stated that "Pokémon Go" fans will witness a huge event this summer, and the studio is also developing a new in-game mechanics, Smart Stock News reported.

Kawashima stated that this huge "Pokémon Go" event this summer is something that's worth looking forward to. Unfortunately, the "Pokémon Go" executives did not provide the specific dates for the event. Nonetheless, the upcoming "Pokémon Go" Mega Event is anticipated to feature the most-awaited release of the Legendary Pokémon.

Nevertheless, several "Pokémon Go" players believe that among the new in-game mechanics the company is developing is the trading processes and the PvP mode. Some reports even claim about co-op raids becoming a thing in the "Pokémon Go" game soon. With summer being just around the corner, it is very likely for Niantic to release more information in the next couple of months.

Meanwhile, a new nest migration of "Pokémon Go" has just taken place. The video game developer changes the locations of various types of pocket monsters to reinvigorate trainers. The only constant about this activity is that new Pokémon creatures are found for players in a specific area, Heavy reported.

On the other hand, the video game developer has finally found a way to slam down the infamous spoofing in "Pokémon Go." Reports are claiming that Google is helping Niantic to battle this obnoxious method, BGR reported.
