"Batman: Arkham Insurgency" was announced March 8 and now the leaks are pointing at a few more details ahead of launch. Batmobile is reportedly redesigned while Robin is the new playable character in the game.

There has been a rumor that the title will be released to Nintendo Switch but this is merely a speculation. Players can still expect the game to come to PC, Xbox One, and PS4. In the series, Batman's vehicle is reported to have a new design. It will still look sturdy but sleeker than before, and look less like a tank. The Batmobile will still appear in the game but players can expect it in chase scenes firing other vehicles, Mic reported.

Meanwhile, The Joker will have more scenes this time, and the villain is said to help the Dynamic Duo but only to smoothen his own plan. Another feature to expect is the fast travel ability that enables a player to get into places. Moreover, "Batman: Arkham Insurgency" will mostly highlight the Court of Owls operation that the protagonists have to uncover. In dealing with the enemies, Robin will take more roles as a helping hand for Batman, Whatculture reported.

There will most likely be 1-on-1 fighting scenes between Owlman and the Knight - which translates to more combat features. A few spoilers suggest that Owlman is an alternate Batman from Multiverse who murders the Court's members before going for Batman allies.

In addition to that, some sources claim that this time, Robin will be a playable role. However, it is hard to justify whether Robin will be one of the main characters. The release date of "Batman: Arkham Insurgency" is still unverified but based on the official reveal in March, it should not take long for the publisher to launch the game.
