Niantic has reportedly preparing for another "Pokemon GO" event for the summer which could lead to the introduction of Legendary Pokemons. On the other hand, two major features could also be announced during the event.

"Pokemon GO" Summer Event Updates

A new game update is about to revealed by Niantic during the most anticipated "Pokemon GO" summer event. And although the employees are tight-lipped about it, players assumed that it has something to do with Legendary Pokemons which has been a hot topic for after the game's released, WWG reported.

This presumption is supported by two lines of texts found in notifications that relate to "raids" where Niantic is presumed to be building a new game mechanic. The presumption is also supported with the original plans of Niantic to have MMORPG-style raids in defeating Legendary Pokemons.

To sum it up, "Pokemon GO" summer event is believed to bring Legendary Pokemons that will roam across the countries. Players will be notified or warned when it's about to make an appearance on their respective areas - an ideal solution to let every players experience the Legendary Pokemons in a fair manner.

"Pokemon GO" Spring Event Updates

 Aside from a huge Summer event, Niantic is also expected to hold a "Pokemon GO" Spring event where new features will be introduced. While Legendary Pokemon is said to be a big revelation in the Summer event, new Gym gameplays on Pokemon interaction are expected to be announced during the spring, Express reported.

These new interactions refer to monitoring Pokemons that guard the gym where players get notifications regarding the pocket monsters standing on a battle. Aside from that, feeding Pokemons will also be activated but it is still unclear whether it applies to the existing ones or Niantic will introduce special kind of Pokemons.

"Pokemon GO" fans are also expecting the most talked about feature called PvP or "Player vs Player" as well as Gen 3 (third generation) of Pokemons. "Pokemon GO" spring and summer event dates are yet to be finalized by Niantic.
