The OnePlus 5 Android smartphone is one of the highly anticipated handsets following the fame of its predecessor, the OnePlus 3. Recently surfaced reports are claiming that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is promising to release the OnePlus 5 flagship smartphone without the touch latency issue.

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, hit on his Twitter account and proudly posted the phrase touch latency along with a check symbol. It appears that the co-founder hints that the upcoming OnePlus 5 will be launched without the OnePlus 3's touch latency issue. The upcoming OnePlus 5 smartphone can be expected to have been greatly improved than its predecessor.

Nonetheless, the OnePlus 5 smartphone is coming out with the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. The OnePlus 5 will ship with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage and will be powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship processor, octa-core Snapdragon 835 chip along with the Adreno 540 GPU. Also, the upcoming smartphone might come along with a smaller bezel, Indian Express reported.

The highly anticipated OnePlus 5 Android smartphone has a June 30 release date and will have a $540 price tag. The OnePlus 5 smartphone is expected to feature a 23MP main shooter from Sony and a 16MP secondary snapper. Nevertheless, the OnePlus 5 is also expected to boast a dual camera setup on the back, Android Headlines reported.

Reports are claiming that the Chinese tech company will go with an expanded screen on the upcoming OnePlus 5 smartphone. If the tech company goes to the larger screen on its next flagship device, the OnePlus company will have to find a spot for the fingerprint sensor. In spite of that, if the anticipations and expectations of the OnePlus 5 smartphone turn out to be true, the Chinese tech giant may have a great low-cost Android smartphone to compete with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 smartphones, Yahoo has learned.
