iMac 2017 has earned the eerie of various Apple insiders and tech enthusiast after Apple made an unprecedented pre-announcement earlier this week. The company has clarified that it has no intention of ending the iMac Pro run and assured its developers and creative professionals that they will not be abandoned.

Thus, iMac fans still have high hopes of seeing a more powerful device in the future. Since Apple's intention has been cleared up, the iMac 2017 is reportedly receiving five powerful specs, Pike'sUniversum blogged.

The iMac 2017 will include the following specs in its latest iteration: Intel Xeon E3 processors, 16GB to 64GB of ECC RAM, Faster NVMe SSDs, AMD graphics and Thunderbolt 3. These five features will surely set the bars higher for PC computers.

First, Intel Xeon E3 processors are now making headlines as insiders claim that E3-1280 v6 is spotted in recent production. In case it appears in iMac 2017, the processor will most probably be a couple with integrated Intel HD Graphics P630.

Second, iMac 2017 is likely having 16GB to 64GB of ECC RAM that is configurable to 32 to 64 GB same as the current Mac Pro. ECC is important because it detects and repairs errors that cause data corruption and system crash.

iMac 2017 will also receive a faster NVMe SSDs PCIe-based flash storage with capacities up to 2TB. In addition, the next Mac Pro is expected to join the VR league whereas it would be tapping the services of AMD graphics which has previously appeared in current 27-inch iMac. Lastly, Thunderbolt 3 will definitely make its debut in iMac 2017 since it already made an appearance in the latest MacBook, MacworldUK reported.

Apple is yet to confirm whether the said features are coming into iMac 2017. However, as many Apple fans believed, the company will surely fire up the landscape of professional computing landscape.
