Nintendo fans are having a hard time securing a unit of Nintendo NES Classic Mini edition for themselves. However, major retailers have confirmed to have the retro console in their inventory.

Target and Australia's JB Hi-Fi have been the two stores that actively update their Nintendo NES Classic stock. Target reportedly received order alerts from the first morning it announced the console restock.

Target sells Nintendo NES Classic for $120 and the store has also updated the controllers stock. Australians can opt for the classic NES console at JB Hi-Fi stores across the country. The units are sold in brick and mortar store as the retailer does not offer online order at the moment, LifeHacker reported.

Many media outlets have warned consumers not to fall into trap as there are reportedly a lot of fake sellers out there that reportedly offer the console below the retail price.

Nintendo NES Classic Mini edition regular price is $59.99 whilst the controller sells for $39.99. Third-party retailers have upped the price due to the high demand and short supply. However, there is no reason to trust a seller that offers a cheaper than its regular pricing, i4U has learned.

Amazon Prime Now has been the best choice to opt for the classic console as it offers delivery service in selected areas. However, not all cities have the supplies, thus, it is worth checking at iStockNow and reading the shopping guide.

There hasn't been any significant inventory update in the supply online. Tesco and Argos, for instance, haven't yet to confirm when Nintendo NES fresh batch is coming. Toy R Us has reportedly removed the listing from its store.

The mini moniker is not just a reduced-size model but it relives the sweet memory of playing all-time popular titles on a retro console. Nintendo NES Classic Mini edition comes with pre-loaded 30 games.
