The iPad Pro 2 is among Apple's high-end products highly-expected this year. The refreshed lineup is reportedly going to be the most powerful tablet with the A10X processing chip.

Apple will reportedly introduce a 10.5-inch iPad Pro this year. According to reputable sources, the redesigned tablet will sport super-thin bezels and smoother navigation. Specs-wise, the Cupertino-based giant will equip the iPad Pro 2 with 4GB RAM.

As a comparison, Microsoft's Surface Pro 4 is a hybrid device with a bigger RAM. Instead of making the stylus as an optional accessory like Apple Pencil, the Surface Pen is included on any purchase. Another appealing feature is the built-in kickstand.

Based on what Apple has done with the new MacBook Pro, and referring to Phil Schiller's statement regarding how small the RAM is - experts make a few predictions on the hardware choices. The iPad Pro 2 will not likely to contain bigger RAM than 4GB as Apple will upgrade the performance using the A10X processor.

The fans can still expect Apple to make some tweaks to heighten the user experience. As far as the design is concerned, the iPad Pro 2 will not have a physical home button but it will be embedded underneath the 3D Touch. The Apple Pencil will receive a few revamps including magnetic and rechargeable features Apple Insider reported.

iPad Pro 2 Price, Release Date

Apple recently launched the new iPad without Pro features - which is essentially an iPad Air upgrade. The current iPad does not completely replace the full desktop function although Apple has promised to do so in the future lineup, The Verge reported.

Regardless of the drawbacks, Apple finally sets the price right for the new iPad. It is faster and more affordable - a tablet worth to upgrade from the old one. However, the cheap pricepoint will not likely to happen on the two iPad Pro 2 models coming out this April.

The premium tablets will have a 10.5-inch display and the largest unit will be a 12.9-inch device. If upgrading is necessary, it is worth to note that Microsoft will reportedly ready the Surface Pro 4 successor in the next quarter and soon, the confused consumers will be able to compare them head to head.
