Xbox Project Scorpio is considered as Microsoft's response to Sony PlayStation 4 Pro and Nintendo Switch hybrid console. In line with the console's unveiling on Thursday, a "coverage blowout" is highly anticipated from Microsoft and its rumored partner which is a media outlet.

Few details about the impending Xbox Project Scorpio has come to the public's knowledge. Aside from the 4K and VR capabilities, no one has really knew about the upcoming console's specs except to a media outlet that goes to Microsoft Head Quarters for the console's preview, Express reported.

The anonymous media outlet is presumed to be a third-party who Microsoft collaborate with for the Xbox Project Scorpio specs unveiling through an exclusive blowout of coverage in E3 2017. The Windows-maker has reportedly demonstrate Forza Motorsport 7 in the console to prove the pure 4K experience.

To recall, Sony boasts that PlayStation 4 Pro hosts 4K gaming but it seems like the otherwise. This time, its Microsoft's turn to prove that Xbox Project Scorpio is really made for 4K gaming with its powerful system that consists of under the hood specs like 6 teraflops and 12GB of DDR5, BGR reported.

Xbox Project Scorpio is also said to sport a more compact design which goes beyond the expectation from a powerful video game console. Ditching the power brick which originally appeared from the original Xbox One and added advance cooling technology has make the difference.

Lastly, Xbox Project Scorpio is reportedly launching with heavy-hitting third-party content and impressive lineup of game titles. Red Dead Redemption 2 and Call of Duty WW2 which is about to unveiled by Activision are included in the rumored list.

Believing that Xbox Project Scorpio has a lot of potential, GameStop's CEO Paul Raines said that the new console is Microsoft's best card to play against Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 Pro. Thus, Sony and Nintendo should be wary about it.
