Xbox Scorpio is counting days to its debut at E3 2017 but more reported details have gathered disappointing news for the fanboys. Sony PS4 Pro, often pitted against the Xbox console, apparently has everything better in it.

Is it fair to compare PS4 Pro to Xbox Scorpio?

Stardock CEO Brad Wardell gave a commentary on both flagship consoles, describing the comparison as meaningless. His reason was that Sony has made everything right from the beginning - starting with a massive 8 GB GDDR5 memory in PS4 while the Xbox One still uses DDR3.

In term of special support, both PS4 Pro and Xbox Scorpio will likely be ahead of Nintendo Switch. Recently, Deck13 developer has confirmed that it will bring "The Surge" to the two consoles, Express reported.

PlayStation 4 and Xbox have a slew of exclusive titles but with PS4 - players have more choices in the library collection. On the other hand, Xbox One exclusives haven't been as exciting as when "Halo 5" and "Sunset Overdrive" were announced.

From the manufacturer point of view, the Xbox Scorpio will address the issues currently appear on Xbox One whilst Sony only needs to improve the hardware performance as no tweaks are necessarily needed in the current consoles.

The Xbox Scorpio will come with great power as reports have mentioned a lot about 4K content stream capability. However, there won't likely be any significant difference in term of the visual output when compared to PS4 Pro, unless one is playing on a massive screen.

Furthermore, a recent rumor suggests that Sony is developing a slimmer PlayStation 4 console - which most likely to add more troubles to Microsoft. The information was initially obtained from Taiwan's media outlet, Digitimes, that learned 'a thinner version of PS4' is on its way. Experts quickly assumed that the report hints at a PS4 Pro Slim, Inquistr reported.

Microsoft will launch Xbox Scorpio at E3 2017 in June.
