Johnny Manziel has already made a pro-sized impact on the NFL and he has not even been drafted yet, a move a certain person thinks the Houston Texans need to make.

According to ESPN, Tony Buzbee, a Texas A&M Aggies Regent and an attorney, recently paid for a billboard in Houston urging the Texans to "Keep Johnny Football in Texas!"

Under the message is a URL for DraftJohnnyManziel.com, a website with a short message and photoshopped image of Manziel in a Texans' uniform.

The message, directed at Texans' owner Bob McNair, who happens to be Buzbee's neighbor, reads as follows and is not affiliated with Manziel in any way.

"This site is dedicated to supporting Johnny Manziel as the #1 draft pick of the Houston Texans in 2014. To win in the NFL a team must have a quarterback with strong leadership skills, a winning attitude, and lots of talent. Johnny Manziel is a winner and he is a unique talent - college football has never seen anything like him. Johnny Manziel has proven time and again that he has those skills needed to get the Texans back on track. If the Texans use their number one pick on Johnny, we will once again have hopes of Super Bowl glory. If you're a Texans fan, and you want to see Johnny Manziel in a Texans uniform, show your support by liking our Facebook page. Let's show Bob McNair just how much we want and NEED Johnny Football. Don't blow it Bob - Draft Johnny!"

ESPN's draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. picked Manziel to be the first overall selection in the 2014 draft. If he were to go to Houston, he would compete against Matt Schaub and Case Keenum for the starting QB position, a competition Manziel would appear to have the upper hand in.

The Texans are one of several teams that need a QB in this year's draft, so if they passed on Manziel with the first pick, they would almost certainly not have a second chance to take him. McNair has said he would not be opposed to taking defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, arguably the draft's top prospect overall.

McNair also has to consider highly touted passers like Blake Bortles and Teddy Bridgewater.
