The Norwegian game studio Funcom hit a home run on "Conan Exiles," the newly launched open world survival game that made a hit on Steam. With a good combination of action, gameplay and some nudity, "Conan Exiles" has managed to make a good hit in the gaming world. Additionally, the game has been receiving updates regularly, bringing new contents and bug fixes on board.

GameRant has detailed some of the big changes Funcom have made for the survival game "Conan Exiles." One of the biggest changes made is the new Dye System, which allows players to craft various pigments and even alter the color of their clothes and armor. Another one is the Ruin System or also known as the Decay System, which allows abandoned or older structures to eventually fade away so the world of Conan doesn't end up becoming one big junkyard.

Thankfully, the developer has made some good option for the players and has decided to disable the system by default on private servers so that players will be able to see their structures even they take a long break from playing the game. Funcom's latest update also added eight new weapons, a revamped feat requirement, a new Hyena fur armor set and more knowledge points.

In addition to the new features, the update also fixed a number of exploits and glitches that some gamers were using to their advantage. The update also comes with a number of gaming improvements, which include additional server settings for administration, more localized text, better caching to decrease load times and more efficient database resource management.

Finally, Funcom has also introduced a new reward system for those who report bugs and exploits. Funcom called it Exploit Hunters and have announced plans to discuss more the newly introduced bugs hunting program in the near future. For more information about the bug fixes and tweaks, check out the full patch notes at "Conan Exiles" page on Steam Community.

In other gaming-related news, the "Conan Exiles" developer recently detailed plans for future content update. According to GameSpot, the Norway-based studio has announced plans to invest a significant amount of money, between $5 to10 million for this year. Aside from the big investment, a full launch of the completed "Conan Exiles" game is now being planned for PC, PS4 and Xbox One by next year. Unfortunately, there's still no plans to bring the game to the Nintendo Switch. "Conan Exiles" is currently available in Early Access Program on Steam.
