Apple just recently rolled out various hardware updates to its device circle, namely, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPad 2017 and its famed Apple Watches. However, Apple latest round of updates seemed to missed out those updates dedicated for the MacBook laptops. Although the recent MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 Beta update drops days ago, it is an unlikely share for the MacBook units.

The Cupertino-based company has dedicated a special red edition iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in part of its support to World's fight against HIV and AIDS, Forbes reported. Apple's campaign will start on March 24 worldwide where the products will be called Product Red Special Edition. Both red iPhone variants will be available for 128GB and 256GB storages with prices starting at $749.

Thus, iPhone's new color leaves MacBook models behind but that is not the only setback. iPad is reportedly welcoming a new addition in its lineup. According to 9To5Mac, Apple plans to launch an all-new 10.5-inch iPad and a 12-inch iPad Pro with high specification model slated to debut within this year. In addition, each new iPad will be powered by the A9 processor and to sport a 32GB storage.

Additionally, another Apple device is receiving a hardware update, the Apple Watch. These Apple Watched will receive its six-monthly update of additional straps. There will be a new Woven Nylon band style while the Classic Buckle receives a new color and its second redesign. In addition, Sport Band will now sport three different colors.

MacBook and MacBook Pro will not be receiving any hardware update for the Q2 2017. Apple has also kept silent regarding the MacBook Pro 2017. Thus, reports regarding an AMD Ryzen-powered MacBook Pro and the infamous Intel Kaby Lake Processors remains unclear.

However, one thing is for sure about the MacBook Pro, Apple has officially seeded the eight beta MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 made available for developer testing. The new update will bring the Night Shift feature and SiriKit to the MacBook laptops.
