The Nintendo NES Classic Edition stock comes and goes in major retailers like eBay and Amazon, but they come in steep premium ranging from $144 to $161 plus shipping. As of writing, eBay still has retailers selling the brand new Nintendo NES Classic Edition at trending price of $144.94 with pre-owned at $125. In Amazon, there are still 16 stocks left at $161.25 plus $5.20 shipping while there are more than 200 retailers selling the new console for as low as $148.49. These could be sold out by now or its prices may even get higher as demand for the miniaturized NES consoles continues to rise. Just last week, 150 units were seen on Amazon but these quickly sold out according to Droid Report.

Hunters of the Nintendo NES Classic Edition have been seeking for the elusive console in Europe in stores in Spain or in Amazon U.K. Amazon Prime, the local delivery service of Amazon has been having sporadic stocks and would-be buyers have to check Amazon stores from time to time. Meanwhile, those who are far from metropolitan areas that receive shipments from Nintendo have been resourceful and puts the UPS store as the shipping address. Some of these UPS stores often have support for Amazon Prime Now deliveries according to The Marshall Town.

It is apparent that the Nintendo NES Classic Edition stock still has supply problems which began since it launched last November. Even with a high demand, Nintendo is unable to keep up because sourcing components are hard to come by as revealed by Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima. Even the newly-released Nintendo Switch had some stock availability issues as sales continue to rise, but Nintendo is already beefing up production with more of the hybrid consoles arriving by mid-April.

There have been no substantial updates from Nintendo when it comes to the NES Classic Edition.
