Another iconic game has been added to the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility lineup in “Street Fighter IV”. Players who enjoyed the game on Xbox 360 will now be able to relive those fighting moments on the latest Microsoft game console.

Microsoft continues to add new games for subscribers and “Street Fighter IV” should be something most will want to play. It joins the growing list of games which include titles such as “Bioshock”, “Tom Clancy”, “Mass Effect”, “Left 4 Dead” and “LEGO,” Slash Gear reported.

The Xbox One Backwards Compatibility feature continues to be one of the striking add-ons from Microsoft in playing more games, old and new. The addition of “Street Fighter IV” picks off from the addition of other games such as “Assassin’s Creed Rogue” and “Borderlands 2” which came out in February and “Cars 2: The Video Game”, “Dead Rising 2: Case West” and “Dead Rising 2: Case Zeo” which came out on March 2, according to the Major Nelson site.

Aside from “Street Fighter IV”, “Luxor 2”, “Madballs in Babo: Invasion” and “Poker 2” are two other games recently added to the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility program. These games should pop up in the Xbox One library of subscribers by now. More classic games are expected to be added in the coming months where the standing count of games available is now at 320, Game Spot reported.

Of the latest additions to the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility program, the fourth entry in the famed franchise should gain much interest. It came out in 2009 and was branded as the perfect “Street Fighter” game of them all according to a review made by Eurogamer’s Simon Parkin.

That alone makes it a must-have for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility subscribers. It could be a tough act to overcome for future titles though that depends on the interest of the person behind the Xbox One controller.
